They need flat grass, an outdoor outlet within about 100 feet and, for the water units, a garden hose. Every unit must be staked down before use. Delivery and setup available.

How booking works

Three steps, then it's yours

  1. Send your date

    Tell us the date, the town and roughly how many people, through the form below.

  2. Get your quote

    We reply the same day, usually within a couple of hours, with a quote for your event.

  3. Hold the date

    A $200 booking deposit reserves it. It is non-refundable and comes off your total.

Tow it home

  1. Pick up the loaded trailer at our yard. You get the location when you book.
  2. Tow it with a 2-5/16 inch ball and a vehicle rated for an enclosed trailer.
  3. Pull the chairs off the racks and host.
  4. Hang them back and bring it home.

No loading a hundred chairs into a minivan. The trailer is the rental.

How much does it cost to rent tables and chairs?

Every event is quoted, because it depends on what you need, how long you keep it and how far it goes. A $200 booking deposit holds your date; it is non-refundable and comes off your total.

Do you deliver, or do I pick it up?

Either. Tow the loaded trailer home with a 2-5/16 inch ball and a vehicle rated for an enclosed trailer, or ask about delivery: free within 15 miles of our yard, a flat rate out to about 30 miles, and quoted by distance beyond that.

Do you rent bounce houses and water slides?

Yes: inflatable water slide parks with splash pools, and a bounce house with a slide, quoted per unit for the weekend. Delivery and setup available. They need flat grass, an outdoor outlet within about 100 feet, and a garden hose for the water units.

Where do you rent?

Central Minnesota: 133 towns across 18 counties, from St. Cloud and Sartell out to Alexandria, Brainerd, Willmar and Monticello. Elsewhere in Minnesota, delivery is quoted by distance, or tow the trailer from our yard.

How far ahead should I book?

For May and June graduation weekends, months ahead. For most other dates a few weeks is plenty, and winter dates are the easiest to get.
